It took just 26 minutes by car to get to the airport. The staff were all really helpful and attentive. The room was recently renovated and neat and I appreciated the remote location.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, staff were good and the location was amazing in mexican restaurant. Our room was immaculate and bright and it came with malfunctioning shower cabin and the hot bath.

The staff was kind and courteous. The breakfast offered was very good with a wide range of food. My room was clean and included cable channels, a mini bar fridge, and coffee and tea making facilities. The view of the garden was magnificent!

Newly decorated, neat rooms provided with the Jacuzzi, super comfy bed plus computer friendly work space. Great swimming pool area and reasonably good breakfast with the a la carte options.

The hotel was fairly clean with superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff who provided us with delicious breakfasts. The property was placed in the remote location on the taxis coming in which are extortionate.

The location was marvellous, close enough to Tulum and other archaeological sites, other areas of the city and the skybar bars and the beach bars. I ate at the a la carte restaurant near the hotel.

Comfortable beds and great room amenities like cable TV, a mini-fridge, and coffee/tea makers 🛏️. The perfect spot to unwind!

The staff here were super accommodating 🌟 and served up a pretty decent breakfast with some good a la carte options. The location was awesome, being close to the beach, theater, two fun 'party pools', and a restaurant. It was really convenient to have everything within reach.

Truly enjoyed cable channels, a mini bar fridge, coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Plus it had a magnificent view over garden.

The layout of the resort was a bit confusing at first, but once we got the hang of it, we were able to enjoy all the different pools and amenities. We loved that there were multiple swimming pool options, including a large swim-up pool area with fun activities and a more relaxed leisure pool where we spent most of our time. The nightly entertainment was a fun surprise, and we enjoyed the shows in the theater as well as the entertainment in the lobby. The staff at the resort were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly our concierge Jonathan and his colleague Andres. They provided us with lots of useful information and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

While the resort had many positive aspects, there were a few things that could have been improved. First and foremost, the beach due to the presence of algae.

Direct access to the beach with snorkeling in the middle of the jungle. Excellent rooms (superior). Good cocktails and lots of fun throughout the day.

The room is very noisy. Lay the pillows in front of the door to block the noise. Room service (especially breakfast) was very poor! So it's better at the buffet. Overall, however, the food is just ok. Rare culinary delights were, for example, at a Mexican themed party. Anyway, we preferred to eat outside. The hotel was huge!

The hotel was gorgeous and spacious, with a nice pool and views of the garden. Excellent customer service was provided throughout my stay. Free internet and onsite parking were convenient amenities. The location was great for the price, close to the members' areas and the Beach Club.

The room was clean, had a lot of natural light, and had a comfortable workspace, which made it perfect for staying indoors all day.
